Every other week, join our volunteers as they play relaxing, live classical music and other genres as well! Participants are welcome to join in with their own instruments/voices/whatever they have on hand.
Fun fact: listening to music improves memory function! Research has shown that the repetitive elements of rhythm and melody help our brains form patterns that enhance our memory. Listening to music can also benefit mental health by improving mood and relieving stress.
