Exploration Of Meditation
This is a dynamic workshop designed to explore various forms of meditation, with a creative and interactive twist. “Exploration of Meditation” focuses on the central ideas of mindfulness, emotional well-being, energy flow, and de-conditioning ourselves. Each session will begin with a themed discussion or engaging activity, and then transition into a guided/ silent meditation.
The goal of each workshop is to relieve ourselves of daily stresses and life challenges by calming our active minds and quieting our mental chatter. Through this, we can foster an extraordinary sense of peace and renewed energy. If you want to have some fun and you’re open to exploring more about meditation, come join us! No meditation experience is necessary, as long as you come with an Open Mind.
