The Rabbit Hole Café is your premier vegan lunch kitchen in the Milton Parc community. Every Friday during the academic year between 12:30 pm and 2:00 pm, we serve up a delicious lunch/light fare at an affordable price. The food can be taken away or enjoyed in the Coffeehouse downstairs allowing everyone to chit-chat and mingle! We encourage our patrons to BYOC- bring your own (reusable) container, in the interest of eco-friendliness and sustainability. Cash only.

Consultations
In an effort to further support the holistic well-being of YD participants, Nadia, co-coordinator of the Rabbit Hole, and registered dietitian, will be offering dietetic consultations to the Milton-Parc community at a reduced rate.

- Students (must show valid student ID): $80/hr - Yellow Door members/volunteers: $70/hr *Regular price of consultations in downtown Montréal cost $100-$130/hr |

About Nadia
Nadia Alayoubi is a Registered Dietitian with a B.Sc. in Nutritional Sciences from McGill University. She is dedicated to improving her clients’ health and performance by translating nutrition science into simple, practical advice to address their individual needs and lifestyle. From planning a meal to planning for a competition, she teaches how to take the stress out of choosing what to eat.
Nadia is passionate about nurturing a healthy relationship between food, the body, and the mind and believes that everyone has the right to eat well and feel their best no matter where they are on their health and wellness journey. She offers consultations on various topics including exercise and sports nutrition, digestive issues (including IBS), Intuitive Eating, diabetes management, hormone imbalances (including PCOS, amenorrhea), food allergies, plant-based diets, meal planning and food prep.
When she is not in her office, you can find her cooking at the Rabbit Hole Cafe and training for/competing in powerlifting.
