Join us on Fridays for a session of meditation and mindfulness led by Lea Longo, a certified yoga and meditation teacher, and life coach. Sessions will begin with a few minutes discussing the benefits of meditation and different types of meditation. This will be followed by a guided meditation including breathwork and other various meditation techniques that can be used in your daily life. There will be an opportunity for Q&A at the end of each session.
Studies show that meditation reduces stress, improves sleep, lengthens attention span, and may even reduce age-related memory loss.
