When seniors need support beyond our volunteer services, program staff work hard to ensure they get the help they need and are connected with the various services available in our community. Most of these referrals are made over the phone and involve 1.5+ hours of follow-up communications to ensure the senior receives assistance.
Our team provides members with guidance to find the services seniors may need, including referrals for affordable housing, food security, medical care, volunteer services outside of our territory, tech help, workshops, adaptive transport, and much more.
